Upon arrival, we ask you to fill out a simple but thorough questionnaire which can supply us with information we need to fully serve you. Please be assured that any information you share with us is completely confidential. Prior to your consultation with Dr. Lefkovits, you may be shown a video to enhance your knowledge and awareness of your procedure.

Next you will meet Dr. Lefkovits in his consultation room. During this time, Dr. Lefkovits will review your questionnaire and get acquainted with you. You will then be escorted into the examining room, where Dr. Lefkovits will determine if you are a good candidate for cosmetic surgery. It is here, in the examining room, where the doctor will thoroughly review your procedure and answer any questions you may have. Depending on the procedure, we may be able to use computer imaging to help you visualize your results.

After your complimentary consultation, you should have a clear picture of your proposed procedure and be ready to make your decision. But please note that there will still be a preoperative visit during which time instructions and prescriptions will be provided and a physical exam will be performed. The operation will once again be reviewed.
